Staff and location were very good, but most important - the hotel was fairly clean. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar and tea/coffee making equipment in the room, loved that.

This hotel was ideal base for exploring Naples, loved it. The staff was efficient, welcoming. The location was ideal, within walking distance of a medieval castle.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

I had a really good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect near the harbour and the royal palace. Excellent friendly and highly efficient staff as one would expect. Room was brand-new with a balcony, the hotel had a quiet atmosphere.

Marvellous location and view of the courtyard. 10 minutes' ride to the airport. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The host is nice.

The place is 1 km away from Naples downtown. The restaurant was extremely stunning! Booked superior king room, that included a heating system, a work desk and flat-screen TV. The staff were helpful and assisted us greatly.
